Transfer Students Admission Application

 

Transfer students of the year will be recruited in accordance with the vacancy of each grade in the same year.

Application Method:

Please fill in the transfer students admission application form, available in the School Office during office time or on the school web.

School Office Office-Hour:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm; 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

*The School is not open on public holidays.

Please submit the application form along with the following documents:

1. A copy of the student’s birth certificate (Please submit a copy of People’s Republic of China Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong and Macao (One-way Permit) if the student was born in Mainland China.)
2. A copy of the student’s transcript of the latest term)
3. The completed application form (Please attach the applicant’s facial photograph).
4. Welcome to submit copies of certification for extracurricular activity performance, services and special talents.

 

Notes:

1. The submitted documents will not be returned and will be destroyed after the application procedure is completed whether the applicant is admitted or not.
